The item is unused and in its original condition

All tags, packaging, boxes, and certificates (if applicable) are included

The item is not custom-made or personalized

 

❗Note: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or incorrect, as they are specially crafted just for you.

3. Refund & Exchange Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or a replacement will be sent as per your request

 

4. Return Shipping Cost:

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Sujodiya covers the cost of sending the replacement if the error is on our side (e.g., wrong or damaged item)

 

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately

Once an order is confirmed and processing begins, it cannot be cancelled
